Without a deeper awareness, we miss the peace, joy, ease and simplicity of life as it unfolds in the present moment.

We feel balanced and wise in all situations because we're connected to our deeper intelligence.

We enjoy life more because we're paying attention to the real experiences of being alive instead of the imagined fears in our mind.

The Challenge

Having a deeper awareness isn't something that can be taught like most other things.  It comes in its own time, which varies greatly from person to person.  Nevertheless, for our peace of mind, that time needs to come sooner rather than later.
